I've posted the transcript of Courtney Love's speech to the
Digital Hollywood Online Entertainment Conference, given in New York on May 16.
I was never impressed by Courtney before but I am now!

I have recently been to India and it has been suggested that I publish my travel journal from the trip so I have decided to have a go at it. Those of you who don't know who I am, here's a brief introduction. My name is Tim Carbone and I've been a DJ on WNTI for around 8 years. I've hosted THE BONEYARD for 5 years and it's been alot of fun. I'm a musician who plays in a band called Kings In Disguise and also the Blue Sparks From Hell. I'm also a studio musician and I've played on albums by the Bobby Syvarth Combo, Laurie Cagno and many others (too many to name). I've had songs in movies("Can't Buy Me Love", "Big Eden") and I've played on commercials (Pam; I think it's on TV now). My main instrument is violin but I also play guitar, piano and harmonica. So now you know a bit about me. I was invited to join the band the "Dharma Bums" on a tour of India. We were to play a series of "World Festivals of Sacred Music's" put on by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. This makes sense because the bands music is basically "Buddha Gospel". Click on the flag of India to read the journal. I will continue to add more pages each week until it is all up. There should be around 30 pages in total.

Send me your feedback and suggestions.

HERE'S SOME OF MY HEROES

This, of course, is Duke Ellington. My favorite quote of his is, "There's only two kinds of music in the world. Good and bad."
Of course we only play the former of the two on the Boneyard. (Thanks to Legacy Records for the photo.)

This is XTC (Colin Moulding on the left and Andy Partridge on the right.) They used to have a brilliant guitarist named Dave Gregory , but he and Andy had a spat (Andy can be a prick) and that is no more. They came out of the Punk  movement from England in the 70's. Go to this site and you'll find everything you ever wanted to know about these guys.

John Lennon perhaps made the greatest impact on modern music and culture in general of any human since Leonardo DiVinci. Am I a fan or what? Go to theses sites to learn more. http://www.instantkarma.com/                    john.htm

One of America's most admired and frequently performed composers, John Adams was born February 15, 1947 in Worcester, Massachusetts. His Violin Concerto is amazing! Mr. Adams is my favorite living American composer. Go here if you'd like to learn more about this extraordinary artist. http://www.earbox.com/
